The Evanston Cowboy Days Committee would like to invite you to participate in our 2011 Arts and Crafts Fair. This year we will be celebrating our 75th year of Pro Rodeo! The Evanston Cowboy Days Committee would like to stress that our celebration is a family oriented event. The events that Cowboy Days and its’ sponsors provide are for the entire family, adults and children. We are billed as "FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT." Therefore, anything containing pornography, nudity, or obscene language is strictly prohibited and will be removed from the premises. THIS WILL BE ENFORCED!!!!!!!!

BOOTH FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE :
Money order or cashier checks only, no personal checks please.

We will try to limit our food booths to one vendor of each food type but it is not a guarantee. Those who have attended in the previous years will be given preference.  Applications will be accepted until spaces are full. All food booths will be located in the food court area (make sure you have proper permits to serve food items – they do come around and inspect the area.)

Food booth rental fees - $70.00 + $10.00 if you want electricity

Craft and game booth fees - $60.00 + $10.00 if you want electricity
 
Booth space areas are 12 X 12, and you must not exceed this area. Set up time will be Friday, September 2nd from 6:00 – 9:00 pm.  or at 7:30 am on Saturday, September 3.   All vehicles must be off the grounds by 9:45 am on Saturday.
